These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") are entered into between you ("User," "you," or "your") and sugal ("sugal," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at sugal.org. By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the sugal platform — including but not limited to the casino, sports betting, bingo, and slot sections — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

sugal reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents may result in the suspension or permanent closure of your account and the forfeiture of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

To access real-money gaming features on the sugal platform, you must create a registered account. Each user is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the sugal platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.

During registration, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, and a valid contact number and email address. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must promptly update your account details if any information changes.

• sugal is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your account credentials secure.
• sugal reserves the right to refuse registration or close any account at its sole discretion.

All financial transactions on the sugal platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). sugal supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: GCash, PayMaya / Maya, bank transfer via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank, as well as debit cards issued by Philippine banks.

Deposits are generally credited to your sugal account within minutes of a confirmed transaction. Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method but sugal endeavors to process all approved withdrawal requests within the timeframes published in the platform's Help Center. sugal reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal.

• The minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are as published on the sugal platform and are subject to change without prior notice.
• You may only withdraw funds to a payment method that you own and that was previously used to make a deposit, subject to verification requirements.

• Any attempt to reverse, charge back, or dispute a legitimate deposit transaction may result in the immediate suspension of your account.

sugal may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and other promotional incentives to eligible registered users. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between the general Terms and the specific bonus terms, the specific bonus terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all sugal promotions:

sugal reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. The decision of sugal regarding any bonus or promotion dispute is final and binding.

By using the sugal platform, you agree that you will not engage in any of the following prohibited activities. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in the immediate suspension or permanent closure of your account, forfeiture of account balances, and referral to the appropriate Philippine law enforcement authorities where applicable.

• Registering more than one account on the sugal platform, whether under your own name or any alias.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any point during your use of the platform.
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age or are legally prohibited from gambling in your jurisdiction.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated betting activity designed to manipulate game outcomes.
• Using any automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the sugal platform in an unauthorized manner.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the sugal platform for financial gain.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity through the sugal platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing sugal staff, other users, or any third party in connection with the platform.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the sugal platform, its servers, or its databases.
• Reproducing, distributing, or commercially exploiting any content from the sugal platform without prior written authorization.

All content on the sugal platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, user interface designs, and the overall look and feel of the platform — is the exclusive property of sugal or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the sugal platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute any sugal content without prior written consent.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on sugal content.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the sugal platform.
• Use any sugal trademark, logo, or brand identifier in any manner that could cause confusion or imply endorsement.

Any unauthorized use of sugal's intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by sugal.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, sugal, its directors, officers, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the sugal platform.

Without limiting the foregoing, sugal specifically disclaims liability for:

• Any loss of funds resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the sugal platform or any part thereof, whether due to scheduled maintenance, technical failure, or circumstances beyond sugal's reasonable control.
• Any inaccuracy, error, or omission in any content or information published on the sugal platform.
• Any loss or damage arising from your reliance on information or content provided on the sugal platform.
• Any third-party actions, including but not limited to payment processor delays, bank holds, or network outages.

sugal's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your sugal account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Upon termination of your account, sugal will process any remaining verified balance in your account in accordance with its standard withdrawal procedures, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification requirements and the deduction of any amounts owed to sugal. Bonus funds and any winnings derived solely from bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

You may close your sugal account at any time by contacting the customer support team. Account closure requests are typically processed within five (5) business days.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines. You irrevocably submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purpose of litigating any such dispute.

Nothing in this clause shall limit sugal's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent the actual or threatened infringement, misappropriation, or violation of sugal's intellectual property rights or other proprietary rights.

sugal reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When we make material changes to these Terms, we will notify registered users via email or a prominent notice on the sugal platform prior to the changes taking effect. The date of the most recent revision will always be indicated at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the sugal platform after any amendments to these Terms have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the sugal platform immediately and may request account closure in accordance with Section 10 above.
